Daddy and Cowgirl TAM
Rancher Ran and Cowgirl Tam went out with us to check on the cattle and the grass!

Sweet Momma Ruth, Daddy and Coach Ron checking out Stacey's "new" love nest!!!  It will be ready!!
Speaking of Rancher he is modeling the apron that TK made for Stacey!!! I couldn't show you this picture before because we didn't want to ruin the surprise!!!  Cute isn't it?  And it just fits!!!

Oh, I forgot to show you the Invites when they arrived!!!

Doc bought me this coffee mug for Mom's Day...and I know, I'm not his mom but he knows better than to let the day slip by without any gifts...
I love the mug...It says "I'm confused WAIT, maybe I'm not!"  Who does that sound like?  I asked him why he bought that particular mug for me.  Very diplomatically he replied "I thought you would like the colors" !!!  Sure, Doc!

I am modeling a necklace I received from SonMarie...LOVE it!
Doc took this picture of me on Sat. as I was putting out the flag!!

HayBee and Stacey hanging on each other's necks

Ranch Ran...I love cowboys especially when the cowboy is my brother!!!
Our Lovely Baby Lisa

Cowgirl TAM ...I have the best sis-in-laws!!!

Suzy Q and my son-n-law at Olive Garden on Sunday!

SonMarie and The Attorney...also at Olive Garden on Sunday!  We arrived at 3 in the afternoon and got seated at 5:30!!! CRAZY!!!  How badly did "The Moms" want Italian, anyway?  Pretty badly!!

That just about wraps up the weekend.  It's raining here today so I'm going to be catching up on my blog reading...
I'm about three days behind!!!

Today's devotion:  "What will you leave at the cross and just follow Jesus?"
I'm leaving self-pity and binges.

Blessed be the name of the LORD!

Thanks for checking in, my delightful little sugar plums!!!

  11. So glad you stopped by my blog. It's great to 'meet' you! You have a lovely family and such a cute blog! My husband was born and raised in Kansas. I think it's one of the nicest states I've visited. My kids and I took a cross country trip last year and I loved our drive through your state. We took highway 36 all across the state. It was so pretty! and we met the nicest people:)

  12. Hello Jamjar! Thank you for stopping by to visit us on the's so nice to meet you! What a lovely family you have...and what a nice treat to go to the Olive Garden for Mother's day...yum. Holy Cow that was quite the wait you had ...but it was worth it I'm sure. You have a lovely blog...I'm going to have fun exploring and enjoying your old posts. I hope you didn't get hit by the storms early this evening...I know they got hit by tornados or high winds east and west of Wichita. I guess we've got more of the same this week...unless that's changed since the last time I looked. I have to remember I'm in Kansas! We're still under a tornado watch...I hope you're in the clear. Take safe and have a wonderful Tuesday....Maura:)

  19. It looks like you had a great Mother's Day weekend with your family. The only thing that didn't sound great was the wait at Olive Garden. Hopefully it was worth it!!
Love that mug that Doc gave you. Very funny.
Thanks for you sweet comments today.

  20. What a great Mother's Day!!! Your family is so cute! Love the Olive Garden. My girls cooked a FANTASIC Mother's Day meal and we shared it with my sweet neighbor. She just lost her son last month and Mother's Day was a little hard for her.

I understand from Tanya you put out a great garden. Tell me, what do you grow. Have any hints for us? It has been a long time since I did a veggie garden but we had such fun picking things out. I think Katie would have done one of everything if we would have let her Hahaha.

    Have a great evening!
